Människan kom i konflikt med Gud genom synden
Vi känner till den gamla berättelsen ur Skriften
Hur fienden smög sig in i lustgården
Lyckades bedraga människorna
Och få ett fäste i deras hjärtan
Och därmed i mänskligheten
Där har vi upprinnelsen till all mänsklig olycka
Till lidandet och de ohyggligheter
Som allt sedan dess har härjat i vår värld
Och sanningen är den att så länge vi vandrar här nere
Så lever vi i en värld fylld utav faror
Det var den verkliga katastrofen när synden kom in
Gud har ett evigt hat till synden
Och tar avstånd ifrån den på allt sätt
Men syndaren älskar Han
Det sargade Guds hjärta när människan gick bort ifrån Honom
Människan som var skapad till Hans avbild
Det Han älskade mest
Och det står att fienden Han går omkring som ett rytande lejon
Och söker vem han må uppsluka
Hur skulle Gud lösa det här?
Han gjorde det genom att sända Jesus
Gud älskade så att Han utgav sin enfödde Son
Och det verket fullbordade Han säger Skriften när tiden var inne
När Guds tid var inne så kom Jesus
När Guds tid var inne så dog Han för dig och mig
När Guds tid var inne så steg Han ut ur graven
Pris ske Gud, och så lever Han idag!
English:
Man went into conflict with God through sin
We all know the ancient story from the Scriptures
How the enemy crawled into the Garden of Eden
Managed to deceive the humans
And get a hold inside their hearts
And through that in all mankind
Here we have the source of all human misery
The suffering and all the atrocities
That have ravaged in our world since
And the truth is that as long as we live down here
We're living in a world full of dangers
It was a real disaster when sin entered
God has an eternal hatred towards sin
And He disassociates from it in all ways
But the He loves the sinner
It broke God's heart when man turned on Him
Mankind, the one created in His image
That which He loved the most
And it's written that the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion
Looking for someone to devour
How was God going to solve this?
He did it by sending Jesus
God so loved that He gave his one and only Son
And He accomplished that mission when the time came, Scripture says
When the time of God came, Jesus arrived
When the time of God came He died for you and me
When the time of God came He rose from the grave
Praise God, He's alive today!
